Milford Man Pushes Dishes Onto a Restaurant Employee: Police

Milford police say they were called to the restaurant on a report of a disorderly conduct.

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man is accused of pushing a stack of dishes onto a female employee who was working at a Boston Post Road restaurant, police said.

Police said on Oct. 17 officers responded to the restaurant at 1061 Boston Post Road for a report of a disorderly conduct. Investigation led to the arrest of Samuel Vazquez-Nava, 39, of North Street, who is accused of pushing a stack of dishes onto a female employee, police said.

The address for that restaurant is Mexico Tipico Authentic Restaurant.

He is charged with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on Nov. 15.
