Milford Man Reunited With Missing Wedding Ring
The man lost the ring in October, which he had for 30 years, but some diligent work helped lead to its happy return.

Some stories are truly inspirational and that is the case of how a Milford man was reunited with his wedding ring he had seemingly lost back in October.
The story begins with a former state senator and goes from there. One day former State Sen. Win Smith Jr. was walking along Branca Court when he found a ring in a pile of leaves, the Milford Mirror reports.
It appeared the ring had been run over by a car. He went to a local jeweler and the 14 karat gold ring was appraised at more than $2,000.

Smith created flyers and put them up by where he found the ring, but it took awhile to get a response.
Recently, Sharon Fisk saw the flyer and showed it to her husband, Richard, who owns Specialty Tool Company in Milford. Richard Fisk lost his ring, a ring that was very special to him and one he had for 30 years, the Mirror reports.

After contacting Smith and answering some questions to prove the ring was his, Fisk and his wedding ring were reunited on Saturday. Fisk called the entire situation a “miracle.”
