Milford Man Sentenced For Enticing Minor To Engage In Sexual Activity: Prosecutors
A man accused of pressuring a woman to engage in sexual activity with a minor has been sentenced, according to prosecutors.
MILFORD, CT — A Milford man was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity, according to David X. Sullivan, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Joshua Bailey, 46,will also serve 10 years of supervised release.
Prosecutors said in a statement that in March 2024, Bailey put sustained pressure on Elizabeth Jordan, 43, of West Haven, to engage in sexual activity with a minor who was 17 and livestream the activity to Bailey via Facebook Messenger.
Authorities searched Bailey's phone and found a series of screenshots of Jordan and the minor engaged in sexual activity, according to prosecutors.

Bailey and Jordan have been detained since August 2024 when they were arrested on related state charges.
In November, they both pleaded guilty in federal court to enticement of a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity.

A judge ordered Bailey to pay $5,000 to the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015, and $10,000 to the Amy, Vicky, and Andy Child Pornography Victim Assistance Act of 2018.
Jordan is awaiting sentencing.
Bailey and Jordan were under investigation after police received information from the Department of Children and Families regarding accusations of a sexual abuse case involving Jordan.
