The 70,500-square-foot building includes 10 first-floor commercial suites and 32 residential apartments. The commercial space totals 27,025 square feet of rentable space and is leased to a mix of tenants. The upper two floors total 32 two-bedroom townhouse-style apartments. Managing Director Brad Balletto was one of those representing the seller and helped procure the buyer. "Milford is quickly becoming one of the premier towns in the state of Connecticut," he said in a statement. "This sale represents an opportunity for the new owner to invest in Milford's growth." Northeast Private Client Group specializes in mixed-use, retail, industrial, and multifamily real estate and has completed over 1,200 transactions, totaling over $4 billion in value.
