MILFORD, CT — A Milford office building is again on the auction block after a second foreclosure on its owner, Hearst Connecticut Media reported.

The Great River Corporate Center is on a 12-acre plot at 440 Wheelers Farm Road. The building has more than 160,000 square feet of space on four main floors as well as a basement.

There are only a few remaining tenants in the building, including Connoisseur Media, which operates several radio stations.

The office building dates back to 1988 and has had "significant upgrades with over $10 million in renovations since 2020, including common areas, structure, and building systems," according to a real estate listing.

The building is scheduled for an online auction April 16 to 18 with bids starting at $2 million.

Its current occupancy rate is 23 percent, according to the real estate listing.
