MILFORD, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced that John Bergin has sold the property at 363 Naugatuck Avenue for $1,075,000.
The property is an 18,634 SF industrial facility, situated on 1.36 acres which had been previously leased by United Rentals for the past 17 years.
The buyer was 363 Naugatuck Ave. LLC, a local investment company, represented by Attorney Paul Otzel of Milford Law LLC. The seller was Travco of Milford LLC. Attorney Joseph Faughnan of Susman, Duffy & Segaloff PC of New Haven. Bergin represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.

“The sale of the property was completed within just eight weeks of being listed, which is uncharacteristically quick for an industrial property in this market,” said Bergin in a statement.
