Milford Planning Board Green Lights Downtown Apartment Project
The board approved plans for a developer to construct a building with an "auto lift" that has raised concerns, according to a report.
MILFORD, CT — The Planning and Zoning Board has approved plans to build an apartment building with eight units, three of which will be affordable, according to Hearst Connecticut Media.
One snag in the developer's plans for 17-19 Cherry St. included a proposal for an "auto lift" system that would allow two cars to park in a single space.
However, the board approved the plans by a 7-3 vote at a recent meeting. The vote stipulated that the auto lift be enclosed.
