Milford Police: 84-Year-Old Man Touches Hotel Employee's Buttocks

Milford police say on March 22, they received a complaint regarding an employee at a local hotel who was inappropriately touched by a patron.

Investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for Alfred Simon, 84, of Old Slocum Road in Hebron, who is accused of touching the employee’s buttocks, police said.

Simon was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct.

He was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on May 5.
