Milford Police Arrest Log: Oct. 19 to Oct. 26, 2020

Milford Police Arrest Log:

Misael Reyes, 28, of Jose Martin Court, New Haven is charged with fifth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer. Police said, "On October 14, 2020, Milford Police responded to 1201 Boston Post Road, Macy’s, on the report of a shoplifting. Investigation led to the arrest of Reyes who is accused of stealing over $590 worth of merchandise. Reyes fled the scene and was apprehended by officers a short time later."


Gregory Brace, 53, of Telamge Road, Toledo, OH is charged with second-degree false statement and interfering with an officer. Police said, "On October 16, 2020, Milford Police responded to 10 Rowe Ave, Red Roof Inn, on the report of a stolen pickup truck and trailer containing multiple motorcycles. Investigation led to the arrest of Brace who is accused of providing a false statement to police and signing a statement and other paperwork under a false name. Brace reported items stolen that were later found in his possession."

Leslie Matejek, 53, of Sentinel Hill Road, Derby is charged with sixth-degree larceny. Police said,
"On October 17, 2020, Milford Police responded to 1201 Boston Post Road, Macy’s, on the report of a shoplifting. Investigation led to the arrest of Matejek who is accused of stealing over $150 worth of merchandise."


James Myers, 20, of Spindrift Lane, Milford is charged with third-degree burglary. Police said "On October 17, 2020, Milford Police took custody of Myers in regards to an active warrant for his arrest. Myers is accused of entering a locked bedroom that he did not have access to in August, 2019."

Sydney Piekarz, 24, of Victoria Drive, Branford is charged with three counts of failure to appear and two counts of violation of probation. Police said "On October 17, 2020, Milford Police took custody of Piekarz in regards to five active warrants for her arrest. Piekarz is accused of failing to appear in court on September 9, 2020 for three prior arrests in Meriden, Madison, and Branford. Piekarz is also accused of violating her court set probation twice."


Isaac Lamont Long, 29, of Bond Street, Bridgeport is charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief. Police said "On October 17, 2020, Milford Police responded to 565 Bic Drive, Bic Inc., on the report of an assault. Investigation led to the arrest of Long who is accused of getting into a physical altercation with another male. As the altercation escalated the male took out his phone to record Long. Long then took the phone, threw it on the ground and then punched the male in the face."


Jeffrey Halper, 59, of Main Street, Stratford is charged with second-degree breach of peace. Police said "On October 18, 2020, Milford Police responded to a Bridgeport Ave residence on the report of a possible assault. Investigation led to the arrest of Halper who is accused of coughing on a female after stating he tested negative for Coronavirus."


Caitlin O’Callahan, 35, of Alling Ave, Woodbridge is charged with sixth-degree larceny. Police said
"On October 18, 2020, Milford Police responded to 1191 Boston Post Road, Target, on the report of a shoplifting. Investigation led to the arrest of O’Callahan who is accused of stealing over $250 worth of merchandise."


Richard Stassun, 44, of Naugatuck Avenue, Milford is charged with disorderly conduct. Police said

"On October 18, 2020, Milford Police responded to a Naugatuck Ave residence on the report of a possible domestic violence incident. Investigation led to the arrest of Stassun who is accused of throwing items at a female during a verbal argument."


Danilsi Akantara-Acosta, 36, of Ford Street, Milford is charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and risk of injury. Police said "On October 19, 2020, Milford Police responded to a Ford Street residence on the report of a possible domestic violence incident. Investigation led to the arrest of Akantara-Acosta who is accused of hitting a male in the face."


Michael Miranda, 41, of Joanne Drive, Milford is charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and risk of injury to a minor. Police said, "On October 19, 2020, Milford Police responded to a Dale Dr residence on the report of a possible domestic violence incident. Investigation led to the arrest of Miranda who is accused of dropping two parties off at the residence and driving away before they shut the passenger doors, almost striking them with the open doors. One party involved was a juvenile."


John Phrakousonh, 39, of Home Acres Avenue, Milford is charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. Police said "On October 20, 2020, Milford Police took custody of Phrakousonh in regard to an active warrant for his arrest. Phrakousonh is accused of breaking into a shed and stealing over $1,200 worth of tools in June, 2020."


Edward White, 37, of Lenox Avenue, Milford is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. Police said "On October 21, 2020, Milford Police responded to a Lenox Ave residence on the report of a possible domestic violence incident. Investigation led to the arrest of White who is accused of grabbing a female by her arms and pulling them behind her back during an argument.


Kelley Trombley, 48, of Windy Hill Road, Milford is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. Police said "On October 22, 2020, Milford Police responded to a Windy Hill Rd residence on the report of a possible domestic violence incident. Investigation led to the arrest of Trombley who is accused of scratching a male in the chest and face."


Edward White, 37, of Lenox Avenue, Milford is charged with violation of conditions of release. Police said "On October 22, 2020, Milford Police responded to a Lenox Ave residence on the report of a possible domestic violence incident. Investigation led to the arrest of White who is accused of violating his conditions of release from an arrest a few hours prior by returning to the residence."


Stephanie Gregory, 30, of Greer Circle, Milford is charged with second-degree breach of peace. Police said "On October 22, 2020, Milford Police responded to a Greer Circle residence on the report of a possible domestic violence incident. Investigation led to the arrest of Gregory who is accused of knocking a female down and then pinning her to the ground."
