Milford Police: Home Care Aide Stole from Client
Police said the accused made several unauthorized charges to the victim's bank account.

Milford police say they received a complaint regarding several unauthorized charges made to a Milford resident’s bank account in March-June 2014.
Investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for Gina Malady, 32, of Yale Avenue, who is accused of making several unauthorized charges to the victim’s bank account totaling $783.80, police said.
Malady was employed as an independent home care aide for the victim at that time, police said.

Malady is charged with illegal use of a credit card, criminal attempt-illegal use of a credit card, sixth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, second-degree identity theft, and criminal impersonation.
She was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on April 7.
