Milford Police Make Home Invasion Arrest

A 27-year-old Milford man is facing charges for his involvement in the crime.

On Wednesday, the Milford Police Department made an arrest in a home invasion that occurred a week ago on Calf Pen Lane.

Christopher Glover, 27, of 26 Kenmore Ln. in Milford, is now facing charges for his involvement in the incident that occurred on June 3.

He is charged with home invasion, second-degree burglary, and first-degree criminal attempt to commit assault. Glover was held on a $250,000 bond and was transported to Milford Superior Court for arraignment on Wednesday afternoon.

Glover was identified as a suspect by investigators with the assistance of the Connecticut State Police Crime Lab, which led to a warrant being issued for his arrest.

On June 3 at approximately 3:26 a.m., a man entered the rear of the residence. A resident woke up after hearing noises in the home and found the man going through their property.

The man brandished a knife when the resident attempted to restrain him and fled from the residence.
