Milford Police: Man Assaults Wife in Hotel Room; Urinates Twice on Police Headquarters Floor
Police said they responded to a Rowe Avenue motel late Tuesday and when they processed the man he urinated on the floor on two occasions.

Milford police say an Indiana man is accused of assaulting his wife inside a hotel room, trashing the room, and he then urinated on the floor of police headquarters not once but two times.
Police said they received a complaint regarding a disturbance inside a local motel room on Rowe Avenue Tuesday night around 10 p.m.
Gabriel Brooks, 41, of Gary, Indiana is accused of damaging his wife’s cell phone and allegedly threw her to the ground causing her to hit her head, police said.

Brooks also damaged the motel room after throwing the victim’s personal belongings against the wall, police said.
While he was being proceeded, Brooks urinated on the floor during two separate occasions, police said.

He refused to be fingerprinted, police said.
Brooks was charged with third-degree assault, three counts of disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree criminal mischief, and failure to comply with fingerprint requirements.
He was held on $5,000 bond.
