Milford Police Search For Man Who Stole M4 Rifle, Vest And Night Goggles: Police

BREAKING: Police say the accused may be with a Milford teen, 18, who was reported missing on Monday.

MILFORD, CT — Milford police are searching for the man whom they say may have stolen a a M4 rifle, a ballistic vest and a pair of night vision googles, police said.

Police also say the man may be with a Milford missing teen, who was reported missing on Monday.

On Jan. 4 the Milford Police Department received a report of a vehicle break-in at a Boothbay Street residence. Stolen from this vehicle was a M4 rifle, a level three ballistic vest and a pair of night vision goggles, police said. The theft appears to have occurred sometime between 4:30 a.m and 6:30 a.m., police said.

Through an extensive and fast-acting investigation, all items were recovered, police said. Milford Police Department has secured an active arrest warrant for Justin Parsell, 26, of an unknown address.

Information shows Parsell may have cut his hair and been seen in a smaller-sized pickup truck with a bed covering, police said. Parsell was last known to be with Madison Krieder, 18, of Milford, who was recently entered as a missing person, police said. The two appear to be in a dating relationship, police said.
