Milford Police Searching for Armed Robbers

Police say the Plains Road Mobil gas station was robbed early Sunday morning.

The Milford Police Department is asking the public for information to help solve an armed robbery that occurred at the Plains Road Mobil gas station located at 118 Plains Road early Sunday morning.

Police spokesman Sgt. Jeffrey Nielsen said at approximately 5 a.m. two masked suspects entered the store.

One of the suspects displayed a handgun at which time the two males took several packs of cigarettes and personal belongings of the victim employee, police said.

The suspects left the area in a vehicle that was parked at the Hampton Inn located across the street at 129 Plains Road.
