Milford Resident to Be Honored at Red Sox Game Sunday

Milford’s Mike Smith will get the opportunity to ride his bike around Fenway Park’s warning track prior to the Boston Red Sox game on Father’s Day, the Connecticut Post reports. 

Why is he getting that honor? The Red Sox are holding a special celebration honoring cyclists and cancer survivors who are riding in the Pan-Mass Challenge. 

The goal of the Pan-Mass Challenge is to raise $40 million for adult and pediatric patient care and cancer research, the Post reports.
