Milford Retail Closure Tied To Sudden Nationwide Shutdown
Two Connecticut showrooms and numerous design studios are impacted by the company's recent decision.
MILFORD, CT — Wren Kitchens is ending its U.S. operations and will close its two Connecticut showrooms and numerous design studios, according to the company's website.
Wren Kitchens has showrooms at 1522-24 Boston Post Road in Milford and 2631 Berlin Turnpike in Newington.
The company provided the following statement on its U.S. website: "We regret to inform you that our showrooms and studios are now closed."

The company also operates design studios inside Home Depot stores. The following design studios are closing as well, according to The Connecticut Scoop:

- North Haven
- Norwalk
- Wallingford
- Waterford
- Derby
- Enfield
- Waterbury
- Danbury
- Fairfield
- Trumbull
- Bristol
- East Haven
- Southington
- Stratford
Wren Kitchens is a privately owned British designer, manufacturer, and retailer of custom kitchens and bedrooms. It has 106 stores.

The company expanded to the U.S. through retail operations and manufacturing. Pennsylvania was home to manufacturing operations in two locations, but employees were informed Thursday that all U.S. operations were ending immediately, according to The Times Leader of Wilkes-Barre.
Wren Kitchens also shut down its Wilkes-Barre showroom, Fox 56 reported.
