Milford Salon Offering Free Hair Cuts to Jonathan Law High School Juniors on Sunday

After Jonathan Law Junior Class President Maren Sanchez, 16, was killed by a fellow classmate at the school, it seems everyone has tried in their own way to help facilitate the healing process. 

Sanchez, who had planned the junior class prom, was killed on the day of Law’s prom, which was postponed. 

Now one salon, Style International, is doing its best to help the Law junior students. On Sunday the salon is offering free cuts for both boys and girls, from noon of 3 p.m. for Law juniors, WTNH News 8 reports. 

“That night the tragedy had happened, I felt like had to do something,” says Heather Tkacs of Style International in an interview with WTNH. “I felt terrible.”
