Milford Woman Intentionally Threw Drink On Female at Restaurant: Police
The alleged drink tossing incident has led to charges, police said.
MILFORD, CT — A Milford woman has been charged after she allegedly threw a drink on another woman while at a downtown restaurant, police said. Police said just before 9 p.m. Wednesday officers took custody of Ariana Simeone, 22, of New Haven Avenue, in regards to an active arrest warrant.
Simeone is accused of "purposefully throwing a drink" on another female while at a Daniel Street restaurant on Feb. 26, 2017, police said in a news release.
Simeone is charged with second-degree breach of peace and released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on May 30. (To sign up for Milford breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
