Milford Woman Tried To Bring Gun On Plane: Police

A Milford woman was arrested after police say she mistakenly attempted to bring a gun through security at Bradley International Airport.

MILFORD, CT — A local woman has been arrested after police said she mistakenly attempted to pass a bag with a gun through a security checkpoint at Bradley International Airport. Cynthia Mario, 59, of 1 Point Beach Drive, was charged with circumventing airport security and transported to State Police barracks for processing Tuesday afternoon.

She was released on $500 non-surety bond and will appear in Enfield Superior Court Sept. 24.
