New Dental Surgical Center Plans Approved In Milford
The project also includes upgrades to an existing business building on the site too.
MILFORD, CT — The Planning and Zoning Board approved the site plan for a proposed dental surgical center at 708 Boston Post Road. Dr. Paul Ciuci and Dr. Joseph Perrone are planning a 5,000-square-foot one story building which would house their Derby-Milford Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons practice.
The site located at the corner of West River and Boston Post Road has been used as a gas station, a used car sales center and it currently leases space to Starlander Beck, an auto electronics firm, which will remain at the site.
The applicants said there would also be upgrades to the Starlander Beck building too.

"Attorney Lynch said his clients planned improvement for a long-time eyesore property," according to meeting minutes.
The closing on the property was scheduled for the end of May, early June.
