Westfield Post Mall in Milford Adds a New Restaurant, a Sushi Buffet and Beer Tavern

Westfield CT Post Shopping Center will also welcome the 7-D Turbo Ride, which is the first of its kind.

Westfield Connecticut Post is pleased to announce the return of the popular Red Robin gourmet burgers restaurant and the arrival of a new sushi buffet, The Buffet Palace, which gives diners a variety of dining options. Westfield Connecticut Post is also offering customers a new, first of its kind entertainment experience with the 7-D Turbo Ride. And, coming soon, beer lovers will have an endless variety of craft beers to choose from when World of Beer Tavern opens its doors in 2016.

“The addition of these restaurants and the 7-D Turbo Ride demonstrates our commitment to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers,” says Danielle Consiglio, Marketing Manager for Westfield Connecticut Post Shopping Center. “Our goal is to provide a shopping destination that serves as a gathering place for great retail, dining and entertainment.”

Red Robin, which is known for its bottomless steak fries as much as for its burgers, will re-open its doors in July. The casual dining restaurant serves an innovative selection of high-quality gourmet burgers in a family-friendly atmosphere. The Westfield Connecticut Post location is the only one in New Haven County.

The Buffet Palace features a hibachi station and caters to an array of palates. Diners will have their choice of Japanese, Chinese, Italian and American Fare. At the hibachi grill, patrons can choose their own meats and vegetables and watch a professional Hibachi chef prepare the food right in front of them.

The 7-D Turbo Ride is the first of its kind in New England, a 3D virtual reality attraction that gives shoppers a real-life experience immersing them into the performance, and allowing them to feel everything that is happening on the screen. Shoppers will enjoy the ultimate experience of dipping into the water, flying in the sky and feeling the wind, rain and fog.
