New Use Planned For Former Milford Restaurant Site
A public hearing regarding the new proposal has been scheduled.
MILFORD, CT — A developer is proposing to construct a new automobile dealership consisting of a 6,000-square-foot building consisting of 6 service bays, showroom and offices at 1698 Boston Post Road, according to an agenda for a Planning and Zoning Board meeting.
A total of 49 customer parking spaces are provided, as are 274 vehicle display spaces.
