Non-Milford Residents to Pay More for Beach Parking

MILFORD, CT - If you live outside of Milford be prepared to spend more on accessing Gulf and Walnut beaches.

Out-of-towners paid $5 to park at those two municipal beaches during the beach season but starting this year they’ll pay $15 to park there, the Milford Mirror reports.

Stratford and Fairfield currently charge $20 for out-of-towners. Milford residents will not pay a fee. The funds generated from parking help maintain the beaches.
