One thing in life that Trish had always been proud of was her time as a volunteer EMT at Echo Hose Ambulance in Shelton. She worked at Echo Hose for many years and gained life-long friends along the way. In more recent years before being diagnosed with lung cancer, she worked at the American Legion Veteran Facility where she bartended and came to know and love many of the veterans who often frequented there.
