Sebastiano “Benny” Faustini, age 54, of Orange, passed away on August 1, 2019 in his home. He was born on July 17, 1965 in Milford to Livio Faustini and the late Annunziata Faustini.

Benny was selfless, always thinking of others before himself. Benny’s laugh filled any room, and his smile made any light look dim. Benny and his family proudly operated the Costa Azzurra Restaurant in Milford for over 45 years, where he touched so many. Whether it was a strong drink, a good meal or a helping hand, everyone could always count on Benny. Benny enjoyed his annual road trips to Florida with his friends to watch Yankees spring training. Anyone was welcome to come, as long as you didn’t mind visiting Kennedy Space Center.

While Benny was always grounded, he often looked at the stars with amazement. Any movie or book about the moon landing, or Apollo missions were favorites.

Survivors include his loving wife, Antoinette; dedicated children, Brianna and Livio; his father, Livio; sister, Anna (Alex) Tumeniuk; and many nieces and nephews. Benny touched countless lives, and left a legacy that will endure. Antoinette, Brianna and Livio will shed many tears, but their hearts will be filled with the memories Benny has left them.
