Open Space Land Coming To Milford
The state bought around 25 acres of land with plans to turn it into open space.
MILFORD, CT — The state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection will turn nearly 25 acres of land off Nells Road into open space.
The process got complicated as abutting neighbors started building garages, sheds and fences that went over the property line, but lot line adjustments were approved to allow the DEEP sale, according to the Milford Mirror.
Most of the property is tidal marshland.
