Optometrist Opens Milford Practice

The practice celebrated opening at its Noble Avenue location this week.

MILFORD, CT — An optometrist has opened up shop in Milford.

Bright Eyes Optometry celebrated a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at its 88 Noble Ave. location in Milford on Thursday.

"Bright Eyes Milford was founded by second-generation optometrist Dr. Samantha Rao with the vision to provide personalized, friendly eyecare in a beautiful office setting for the vibrant community of Milford, CT," according to the practice's website.

Rao cut the ribbon and was joined by her family, Mayor Anthony Giannattasio, and State Sen. James Maroney, who delivered a proclamation in recognition of the day.

The practice provides family eyecare, contact lens and dry eye services, urgent care for the eyes, and more.
