Orange Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Children in Milford at a Park

Milford police say Rodger Foley, 50, of Saybrook Road in Orange, is accused of exposing himself in the wooded area of Wilcox Park near Shipyard Lane while children were walking in the area.

Police said they received a complaint regarding a male allegedly exposing himself on Tuesday afternoon in the park. Investigation led to the arrest of Foley, who is accused of exposing and touching his genitals while three juveniles were walking in the area.

He was charged with public indecency, second-degree breach of peace and three counts of risk of injury.

He was released after posting $25,000 bond. Foley is due to appear in Superior Court on November 4.
