'Parade Of Smiles' Planned This Week In Milford
It's the end of the school year and teachers and administrators are planning something special for students.
MILFORD, CT — Thursday, June 11 will be a special day in Milford, it's the 'Parade of Smiles!'
On that date, Milford's teachers and Durham School Services will host a bus drive-by event where school buses carrying teachers, administrators and city officials will be driving throughout Milford.
"Families are welcomed to cheer and wave from their front yards or driveways/parking areas. While we won't be able to drive through every Milford neighborhood we are planning to travel as many as possible. We encourage you to come out to celebrate your efforts this year and help us welcome summer!"
