Pedestrian Dies After Being Struck By Vehicle: Milford Police

The pedestrian was hit by a vehicle while crossing the street Wednesday night in Milford, according to police.

MILFORD, CT — A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle Wednesday night in Milford, according to police.

Police responded to a report of a serious motor vehicle accident in the area of the Boston Post Road near the traffic light at Costco and Bowlero around 7:15 p.m.

A pedestrian, identified as Brenda Bradley, was struck by the driver of a 2014 Jeep Compass, according to police.

Police said the Jeep was heading west on Boston Post Road when Bradley crossed the street from north to south.

Bradley was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital where she died from her injuries, according to police.
