Physical Altercation Leads To Charges: Milford Police
Police say the incident happened on Dec. 28.
Milford Police said they responded to a Golden Hill Street address for a noise complaint but discovered a physical altercation between a male and female.
Arthur Terrell, 53, of 103 Golden Hill St. is accused of allegedly engaging in a physical altercation with a female at the residence, according to police.
Terrell was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
