Plans Filed To Redevelop Deli Site In Milford
An application has been filed and is pending before the city's land-use boards.
MILFORD, CT — Plans have been filed to redevelop the former Pickles Deli site, located at 883 North St.
Andreas Gavrielidis is proposing the reconstruction and renovation for a proposed new deli with construction and site work within 150 feet of wetlands in the Wepawaug River Watershed, according to inland wetland commission meeting minites.
"The property owner and his contractor started work on this building without City permits and are now working to get permitted to construct on the site," meeting minutes state. "A portion of the building was removed and is now replaced. The gravel parking area and grassed area adjacent to the wetland are stable."
