Play in the Dare Greatly Foundation annual golf tournament
Third annual event promises a great time to support a great cause; challenge a pro golfer, have a great post-tourney dinner, and more

The Dare Greatly Foundation invites all local golfers in Connecticut to be part of its Third Annual Golf Tournament, which takes place on Monday, September 14, at The VUE in Hamden, CT. Golfer registration is open now! Visit the tournament website to learn more.
The Dare Greatly Foundation recognizes and supports young people who embody good character, strong morals, honesty, integrity, respect, and a passion for civic duty, volunteering, and helping others. The foundation honors the legacy of SSgt Tanner Romanos, who was born and raised in Connecticut and passed away in 2022 while serving as an active-duty service member in the United States Air Force. This golf tournament helps fund scholarships for graduating high-school seniors in Connecticut. Dare Greatly recently announced its 2026 scholarship winners.
The tournament includes breakfast for golfers at 8:30am before a shotgun start at 10:00am. The registration fee includes a great day of golf, a foursome photo, free golfer swag, and a dinner for all golfers at 4:00pm.
