Police: Shelton Man Burglarized Milford's Transfer Station
Milford police say the man allegedly took cash and a piece of equipment.

Milford police say on August 15, 2014 police received a complaint of a burglary that occurred at the city’s transfer station located at 831 Oronoque Road.
Investigation revealed that entry was made to the building resulting in the theft of money and a piece of landscaping equipment.
Police say Robert Johannesen, 32, of Prospect Avenue in Shelton, was identified as a suspect resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.

He is charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, and second-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting $50,000 bond.
