Popular Milford Restaurant Closes For Good

MILFORD, CT — The Still River Grill & Bar has closed its doors for good, the owners announced on social media.

"It’s with a heavy heart to announce Still River has permanently closed their doors during these difficult times," the owners said in a recent Facebook message. "We thank our entire staff and our loyal patrons for all your support and wish all of you good health! All of you have been wonderful and can’t thank you enough!!"

The eatery was located in the village of Devon at 128 Bridgeport Ave.

According to its social media it was a "Grill & bar located in the village of Devon. Small plates, salads, burgers & entrees. Fresh handcrafted cocktails, craft beer & wine. Outdoor patio!"

One person wrote: "So sorry to hear this... we will certainly miss you! Wishing you all the best."

Another wrote: "I am so sad to see this - you created a wonderful space in Devon Center and will be missed."

The restaurant received a 4.9 out of a 5.0 total review from 73 people. One person wrote: "Great food, great atmosphere, great friendly and accommodating staff and very friendly owners! We will be coming back quite a bit to eat in the bar, in the restaurant, on the patio and take out!"
