Restaurant Serving 'Mouthwatering Delights' Opens In Milford

MILFORD, CT — Small American Kitchen is the latest addition to Milford's restaurant scene. The 11 Berwyn St. location in Devon serves everything from classics like the O.G. Burger to soups and salads, appetizers, made-in-house empanadas, and more.

"Small American Kitchen is your go-to destination for mouthwatering delights in Milford, Connecticut!" the restaurant's description on Facebook reads. "Nestled in the heart of this vibrant community, we take pride in serving up an unforgettable experience with our delectable menu!"

The restaurant also offers takeout and delivery. Small American Kitchen is open Monday to Sunday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is closed Tuesdays.

Owner Alberto Baez, a Platt Tech grad, has managed four restaurants and comes from a restaurant family, Hearst Connecticut reported. Baez is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island, where he earned a bachelor's degree in food and beverage service management.

He worked at the Blue Turtle in the Connecticut Post Mall and Bobby's Burger Palace at Mohegan Sun before opening his restaurant, according to Hearst Connecticut.
