Road Rage Leads to Fight Between Motorists in Milford

An incidence of alleged road rage lead to a physical fight between motorists on the Boston Post Road and Woodruff Road area 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

Police said their investigation led to the arrests of Lourdes Hernandez, 47, of Columbus Boulevard in New Haven and Haidi Malave, 26, of the same address, who are accused of existing Hernandez’s vehicle together and engaging in a physical altercation with the driver of another vehicle.

They were both charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. They were released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on August 4.
