Robert D. Williams III passed away peacefully on April 29, 2025

He loved deeply, gave selflessly, and left a legacy of warmth, generosity, and quiet strength that will be remembered by all who knew him.

Robert D. Williams III, 75 of Milford, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2025, at his home in Milford, CT. Robert, known as “Bob”, was born on June 22, 1949, in Milford, CT to the late Robert D. Williams II and Rosemary Dugan Williams. Beloved husband of 54 years to Linda Marie Williams.

Bob graduated from Jonathan Law High School, where he met the love of his life, Linda. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and later completed a master’s degree in Business Information Technologies from Quinnipiac University. Bob built a successful career as a legal administrator in New York City, where he worked until his retirement.

Outside of work, Bob found true joy by the water—taking peaceful walks along the boardwalk with Linda, fishing and boating on Long Island sound and traveling the world with his family. A skilled handyman in his younger years, Bob even designed the blueprint for his family’s home and proudly helped construct it himself. A lifelong Yankees fan and dedicated sports enthusiast, Bob cherished teaching his grandsons, Cameron and Logan, how to "play ball," sharing his love of the game and life’s little lessons along the way.
