Sale Of Rainbow Gardens Restaurant And Bar Now Finalized
A new restaurant is coming to the site soon on the Milford Green.

MILFORD, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, Chair and CEO of Pearce Real Estate, announced that John Bergin has closed on the sale of a prominent Milford restaurant, Rainbow Gardens and Bar, in downtown Milford.
John Bergin represented both the Seller (Rainbow Gardens Restaurant and Bar) and the Buyer (Founders House LLC of Milford) in both the sale of the real estate and the business. John and Heather Profetto operated Rainbow Gardens for 23 years and they completely renovated the property on the Milford Green into an "extremely successful restaurant over all these years," according to a news release.
The Buyer is also the owner of two other popular Milford restaurants, The Bridge House in the Devon Area and Bonfire on the eastern shore between Woodmont and Morningside. The property will continue to be the largest restaurant on the Milford Green with its own private parking lot.
