Seemingly Odd Weather Forecast For CT But We'll Gladly Take It
There is something missing from CT's weather forecast and here is hoping you're able to take advantage of that and get outdoors.

CONNECTICUT — For more than a year, Connecticut has seen a lot of rain and stormy weather and very few stretches of tranquil weather. Fortunately for us we're about to embark on that kind of tranquil almost summer-like weather for the next week and beyond.
If you love sunshine, temps that are around room temperature, 72 degrees, and no real rain chances in the forecast than you'll love this weather forecast.
Hopefully, you're able to get outdoors and enjoy this last gasp of summer. The last day of summer is officially on Monday, Sept. 23.

Today will feel like a summery day as the sunshine builds throughout the day and temps will reach 80 degrees.
If you like quiet weather, you're going to love this stretch setting up over the next 7-10 days. The only thing that could ruin the party is if something tropical enters the picture. At this point it doesn't look likely. #NBCCT @nbcconnecticut https://t.co/wVvfksTfOB pic.twitter.com/Q8RcxVGRAa
