Several New Restaurants Coming To Milford's Connecticut Post Mall
Two new restaurants have opened at the mall with two more in the works, including a popular chain that has been delayed.

MILFORD, CT — Four new eateries are in the works at the Connecticut Post Mall. Two of those have already opened, one will open next month, and one is under construction.
Sunrise Cafe is now open on the upper level near Macy's, according to mall General Manager Ken Sterba.
The cafe offers freshly made sandwiches like grilled cheese and pulled pork with sides like crispy fries or soup, along with sweets like beignets, fried dough, snow cones, and slushies. They also have beverages like fresh coffee, espresso, lattes, tea, chai, smoothies, milkshakes, and more.

Pho Fusion Hub is now open as well on the food court's upper level. The restaurant offers a wide range of Vietnamese cuisine, with signature dishes like pho soups, including chicken noodle and beef noodle soups, all prepared in traditional style, as well as fish, fried pork, crispy pork, or pork chops. They also have appetizers like crispy spring rolls, fried dumplings, and fried shrimp.
P.F. Chang's is currently under construction. The popular Asian cuisine chain has not yet shared a revised opening date, Sterba said. The restaurant plans to open in the former Bar Louie space, which closed in 2020.

In 2023, mall officials said P.F. Chang's would delay opening of its restaurant to 2024. Its Milford location would be the second in Connecticut. The chain also has a location in Farmington.
The other addition is Casa Cuba, which is expected to open by mid-February. The restaurant will be on the upper level in the food court and will serve a variety of Cuban favorites like ropa vieja, a range of fried rice, plantains, and more.
