UPDATE: Sexual Assault Reported at Milford's Foran High School

A 16-year-old is under arrest after an incident at Foran High School, police said Friday afternoon.

On May 5, police received a complaint regarding an alleged sexual assault that occurred at the school.

An investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for a juvenile on Thursday afternoon, who is accused of having sexual contact with a victim without the victim’s consent, said Milford police spokesman Sgt. Jeffrey Nielsen.

The juvenile has been charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, public indecency, and disorderly conduct.

Milford Schools Superintendent Elizabeth Feser told Patch that “this is a student matter on which we are not able to comment.”
