Snow Totals Rise, Winter Weather Advisory Issued For Southern Connecticut

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for the region as snow accumulation estimates keep rising.

SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT — The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for all of southern Connecticut, as up to four inches of accumulation is possible.

The winter weather advisory expires at 5 p.m. in Fairfield and New Haven counties, while it remains in effect until midnight for Middlesex and New London counties.

Two to three inches of snow accumulation is expected in Fairfield and New Haven counties, and two to four inches of snow is now expected in Middlesex and New London counties.
