Special Weather Statement Issued For Coastal Sections Of Southern Connecticut
The National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement for coastal sections of southern Connecticut.

SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT — The National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement for all the Interstate 95 corridor towns this morning.
In the special weather statement, the weather service wrote: "Widespread fog has reduced visibilities below a mile across Long Island and the Connecticut coast, with locally dense fog reducing visibilities to 1/4 mile. If traveling use caution. Allow for extra room between you and the vehicle in front of you and use fog lights if available."

BRIDGEPORT - Delays. I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 26 and 21 (3.9 miles). Reported Friday, May 13 at 6:26 am.
