Stratford Man Damages Car at Milford Beach: Police
Milford police say the man was at Walnut Beach on Memorial Day and a disturbance was reported.

Milford police say they received a complaint regarding a disturbance at Walnut Beach at 7 p.m. on Memorial Day.
Police said their investigation led to the arrest of Ralph Ruggiero, 31, of Monroe Street in Stratford, who is accused of causing a disturbance and damaging a person’s car.
Ruggiero was uncooperative with police during the incident, police said.

He is charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief, and interfering with police.
Ruggiero was released after posting $1,000 and is due to appear in Superior Court, Milford on June 23.
