Stratford Teen, 13 Charged With Setting a Fire in Milford
Milford police say the teen set a Milford house on fire back in April.
On April 15, the Milford Police Department assisted the Fire Department with a structure fire at a Milford Point Road residence. Investigation led to a 13-year-old juvenile from Stratford being identified as a suspect in the structure fire, police said.
On June 22, the juvenile was taken into custody regarding an outstanding warrant for this incident. The juvenile is charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment.
The teen is released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on July 8. No other details were given about the arrest or damage to the house.
