Study on I-95 Exit Remake Says No Real Impact to Milford, Stratford Businesses

Opponents say the work on the new interchange will force businesses to close.

Despite opposition, a state Department of Transportation study said changes to the I-95 Exit 33 interchange won’t have much of an impact on local businesses.

An article in the Milford Mirror Wednesday said the study found the potential impact on travel through the interchange would be minimal.

On Tuesday, the article said, Milford Mayor Ben Blake said he was going to request a DOT hearing, though he hadn’t yet seen the report.
