SUBWAY Adds New Division, Looking to Hire for Numerous New Jobs

Milford, CT - SUBWAY is hiring and potentially adding more than 150 new jobs in Milford over the next few years, officials tell Patch.
SUBWAY's World Headquarters, which is based in Milford has launched SUBWAY® Digital, a new division for SUBWAY® Restaurants.
The aim of the new division is to integrate innovative digital technologies to enhance engagement and build loyalty, a company spokeswoman said.

"We know consumer expectations are evolving and we are enhancing the personalized experiences our guests have come to know and expect by integrating innovative digital technologies. We are seeking top digital and technology talent to help us create and implement these new programs," said Lisa Shea, Director of Human Resources for SUBWAY.
The plan is to add 29 new jobs now and up to 150 more over the next few years. However, SUBWAY currently has 90 total available jobs open to fill currently.

The job titles include data analytics, campaign management, software development specific to digital, user design experts and graphic design. Currently, 90 jobs are open across various departments at the brand’s global Milford headquarters.

Today, at Subway’s World Headquarters in Milford, there are 915 employees from over 60 towns. All of the new jobs will be stationed at the headquarters in Milford.
