Texas Man Called Milford Woman 80 Times a Day, Left Obscene Voicemails: Police

MILFORD, CT — Milford police say a Texas man is accused of harassing a Milford woman via the telephone.

Police said on Sept. 26 officers took custody of Charles Carroll, 36, of White Settlement, Texas, in regards to an active warrant for his arrest.

Carroll is accused of harassing a female Milford resident via the telephone by calling her approximately 80 times a day and leaving obscene voicemails, police said.

Carroll is charged with second-degree harassment. He is released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford.
