Victoria's Secret Robbery Leads to 2 Arrests in Milford
Milford police say one of the suspect is accused of hitting a loss prevention agent in the head repeatedly and scratching him.

Milford police say two people are accused of robbing Victoria’s Secret at the Westfield Connecticut Post mall, hitting a loss prevention agent in the head repeatedly, and fleeing before they were apprehended by police.
Police say at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday officers responded to Victoria’s Secret on a robbery complaint.
Police say Taylor Allen, 31, of Coleman Street in West Haven and Sharra Carter, 32, of Orchard Street in New Haven are accused of taking $98.45 worth of items from the store without paying for them.

When confronted by a loss prevention agent, Allen allegedly struck the agent in the head several times with an open hand and scratched him in several spots, police said.
Both suspects fled the scene and were later located by police at a New Haven Avenue business.

Allen and Carter also had failure to appear warrants stemming from prior New Haven incidents.
Allen is also charged with third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit robbery, and conspiracy to commit larceny.
Carter is also charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny, and conspiracy to commit robbery.
Allen was held on a $25,000 bond and Carter was held on a $27,500 bond.
